Roll N Donut in Algonquin

Great donuts. Holes not so much. But close 45 minutes early open sign and locked the door. 715 and the employees leaves with 3 large boxes of donuts...... Sign says 8 and Google says 9. The next morning I went and picked up my donuts and got charged for 14 donuts and only got 12. Paid just over $20. I had to explain it to the employee and he agreed I was double charged. Nothing was adjusted and I left.

Love this place! Gotta try the pork buns. The perfect start to the day. Add a fresh donut and coffee, can't go wrong. Comfy seating area.

Got here at 5am on Father's Day to beat the rush. Lots of options available as soon as I walked in, but a few not yet ready. I'll wait it out with a HOT freshly brewed cup of coffee. Waiting on the Maple Bacon and Apple Fritters to be finished off. Trust me, from previous experience...they're worth the wait.Picking up about 3 dozen donuts for family, friends and my employees at my business. They'll be impressed by the high quality product made here."I don't always eat donuts...but when I do, I eat Roll N' Donuts!"

Always had great service and their donuts are by far the best around! Love them!

We just had lunch from here for the first time. Really wish I could give it 0 stars just so I could keep it a secret place of my own.The Pho, Pad Thai, Egg Rolls, and Crab Rangoon were absolutely AMAZING!!! We will definitely be getting lunch from here again. I especially cannot wait to try the Hawaiian fried rice!

Only place I can find coconut donuts

This little shop has the most fresh and tasty donuts around and they are always friendly and warm to talk to with. Nice to see a few interior designs changes are happening as well. The new owner is doing a great job!

I'm pretty much never a regular anywhere, but Roll N Donuts is a rare exception. The owner is just a wonderful lady, and the food is wonderful. I love the egg and cheese croissant sandwiches. I rarely say this, but they should be more expensive. Affordable, friendly, delicious. Oh, and she (the owner) plays great jazz music too. It's just a great place.

Awesome place great donuts

I wouldn't come here after they're done selling donuts. The iced coffee here was served warm, it was basically hot coffee with about 5 ice cubes added. Very odd if you ask me. They also do not serve most of the coffee variations (espresso, cappucino, etc) after breakfast time. This is dissapointing. The environment in the restaurant is weird, there is no background music so it kind of feels like a cave with a coffee bar. Overall 2/5.

Ugh!!! The worst donuts ever! So greasy!

Everyone there is super nice!They have the most wonderful cake donuts, and they make them in several varieties. They don't skimp on the good stuff, either. When I get a cake donut with almonds on top, there are a lot of almonds!The ONLY downside to this place is that they sell a lot of their stock early, but that can be easily solved by calling them and asking them to set aside what you want to pick up later.

Good smoothies, especially the Power House. Cronuts, so good! Donuts are good and fresh! Love to stop by for a smoothie and donut, because ballance :)

Best doughnuts ever

This used to be my absolute #1 donut place ever. But over the last year or so the quality has diminished. The donuts are constantly smaller and much more greasy (especially the apple fritters, which were amazing). I hope they once return to the greatness they once were. The plus side is the coffee is really good, and most importantly the staff is always friendly and amazing.

Pretty good. Came around noon on a Saturday and they were pretty cleaned out. They would have been much better fresh.

I love this place. The donuts are brilliant and I love the variety. Our favorites are the green tea, everything, cronut, crumple, strawberry icing! Their eggs rolls are so delicious as well. The culture of this place is wonderful and all of the staff members really work hard to please all customers. Thank you all so much for your hard work!

I learned about my love for CroNuts (Sorry if I spelled it wrong).. I love them so much I bought them for my pregnancy reveal at work to get a few more people addicted :) I always see their lunch options on facebook and wish it was close enough to work for lunches! But I've only tried their donuts so far. Worth it!!!

My wife called there during Easter for Banh Mi sandwiches and steamed buns...they were amazingly delicious!!! This place is not all donuts (which also are amazing), but they also have great sandwiches to choose from too. Next up will be the pho...yes they do that too!!!

Gave Roll N' Donuts one more try. Can't imagine how anyone can give their donuts 5 star ratings. Too much overly sweet glaze on everything! Donuts themselves are poor quality, & dry & tasteless. Their staff needs to visit Country Donuts in Elgin to learn how to prepare excellent donuts & also realize how to keep shelves filled from opening till closing.

Fresh made coffee drinks and gourmet level donuts. Way better than the guys who have them shipped in! They even have special weekend only selections. This is one of the few independent shops out there bringing us something different in the majority chain arena. Thank you for the variety!

These are the best donuts I have had. My husband went in for the Paczi’s , came back with a dozen assortment. He said, the variety They had was amazing. I was referred by a friend of mine & so happy he went. Customer service was so nice too.

Good and unique donuts. However they seem a bit more greasy than other donut places. Definitely a nice place to go once in a while. They have coffee, donut holes, fritters, etc. It can get crowded on weekends but goes pretty fast.

My boys really like their donuts

Can't say much about the Asian food they serve because I didn't try it. The donuts however, were very good and if you go at the right time of day they have great deals on them. On the other hand, their coffee and drinks are terrible. All of the beverages are made with non-dairy powdered creamer, some syrups, and as far as I could tell, instant coffee. The staff were very open and nice to my girlfriend and I, however the counter girl was so nice that my girlfriend thought she was flirting with me which started a fight. So I have to knock a few points off for that 😂 Not bad, but I will not be back.

Best boba teas ever. If you love boba tea this place is for you. The donuts are gourmet quality too. Fantastic!!!

Great donuts and breakfast sandwich's and much more. I friend told me about it and I have been back 3 times since. They also have a lunch menu with Thai food on it.

We've been customers since shortly after they opened. Slowly the donuts have gotten more expensive and smaller. Kind of a bummer.

Went in as we just moved to the area, and were curious how the donuts were. We explained to the girl who served us, that it was our first time in. She explained each donut to us and was so kind. She was beyond helpful and deserves exceptional praise for her graciousness. We can’t wait to try out the yummy food they serve as well. And for reference the donuts are amazing.. my favorite was the everything donut! Thanks again Roll-N Donut!

Best donut I’ve had in my life and the Teriyaki Rice bowl is perfect lunch. Fresh food and awesome staff with excellent customer service. Almost afraid to lose because such a hidden gem!

Amazing donuts and the best / friendliest staff. The owners and workers are all so great. Super friendly and willing to make donuts on demand if they run out. They were even willing to create a sugar powdered jelly filled for my son when they don't generally make those. Such great people and they understand how to treat customers.

Service was very friendly and super quick. Donuts were light and fluffy with great balance of sweetness and flavor. The location also serves fresh lunch and breakfast, and has a very relaxed cafe environment. Will definitely come back to try more.

The donuts are always fresh.and they are very good. The owner is very nice. I'll be coming here for now on. Its the best donut cafe. I was there a couple days ago. I like there chocolate long John's all the donuts are good.sometimes u have to get there early because they sell out fast.

Good donuts, good coffee. Minus a star for lack of drive thru and the biggest issue. If you don't get here early the selection can be poor. They close pretty early and seem to prepare qty based on that. It's logical but it does mean selection can be lacking as early as 9am on a weekday.

Excellent chicken pad Thai! Fresh jalapeño as a garnish was perfect. I never eat donuts but my husband said they were great too! We will be back!

Delicious fresh donuts, and cost less for a dozen than Dunkin. Super friendly staff. Really looking forward to trying their Asian lunch options.
